How Santa Was Almost Digitally Revolutionized

This is the eighth year that I have written a Christmas story for ProjectManagement.com, which I think means I’m now officially old. They continue to be among the articles that generate the biggest response (even the year I rather foolishly wrote it as a poem), and believe it or not that makes this the article the one I feel the most pressure to get right each year.

I know that’s silly when you think of all the serious topics covered, but I know that any of the messages in this one are going to be remembered, so I really want to hit the mark. This year I’m going to look at something that didn’t receive much coverage in the mainstream media, but that has the potential to have a profound impact on Christmas as we know it. I got this story directly from my well-placed sources in the Santa administration, so it is straight from the reindeer’s mouth!
