How Two High School Friends Started a Million-Dollar Lawn Mowing Business

After finishing school, the two decided to use their mowing background and experience to help other people get lawn mowing jobs — and, just as importantly, help get lawns mowed that might not otherwise be. They launched an app to partner mowers with those seeking someone to take care of their lawns, and it’s been a hit. The two friends have since moved west and received over $1 million in funding while trying to make their vision a reality.
