There has been a shift for project managers to take a more active role in managing teams that are virtual/distributed and engage in more remote work by virtual working (like at cafes, home offices or co-working in spaces that offer collaborative office space).

Are you hearing more talk about roles for virtual project managers, virtual project office or virtual teams? Maybe you are even managing some teams that are co-located in campus buildings or data centers—regionally or globally—but don’t hold the job description or title of virtual PM.
