Abstract
Project issues will plague even the best-run projects. Although it is important that the project manager has a strategy to deal with issues, it is just as important for the practitioner to support the team and control the narrative of the issue. This article will focus on issue management, providing four suggestions that project managers can use when conducting issue management.
