Staying On Top of Strategic Initiatives

These are being designed so that they can rapidly achieve competitive parity at a minimum. Some aspire to create and maintain a competitive advantage in this highly dynamic environment.

All of this is a prescription for the dramatic growth of program management activities in nearly every industry—and within most organizations.
